Following his national victory in the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) 'Introduction to Public Speaking' event, Zheng has now earned the title of 2025 Wisconsin State Champion in Congressional Debate at the Wisconsin Forensic Coaches Association (WFCA) State Congress Tournament.
