Congratulations goes out to the Brookfield Barracudas Boys Swim Team on their WIAA Sectional championship. They not only won the sectional but qualified swimmers in every event for the state meet this Saturday at Waukesha South High School at 2:30pm. Spartans competing at state on Saturday are Luke Thomas, Owen Patterson, Tyler Stich, and Hendrick Kerwel. Great job and good luck at State!
The Brookfield East Forensics Team placed 4th at the Madison West Forensics Tournament held at Madison West High School this weekend. Niamh Mayne was the Champion of Solo Humorous. Second place wins went to Madeline Gerbyshak & Hannah Koepsell (Duo) and Ethan Zhang (Extemp). Other Spartan Finalists included Hannah Zhang (Informative), Isabelle Perry (Oratory).
Congress also competed this weekend at the West Bend Congress Tournament. Arin Aneja placed 1st, Paarth Gupta placed 2nd, Nikhil Rajendiran placed 3rd and Vedh Bagare placed 5th.
